In my opinion: CS Patterson is not qualified to take care of and handle crisis with mentally retarded adult individuals. Promising many things and delivering only the poorest of care. Imagine staff telling a parent that if these indivduals look unkept ,mismatched and in poor hygiene that is there right. Telling a parent so what , they think they are beautiful is not a excuse not to keep there personal hygiene and appearance needs met. Be careful with palcing your love ones in there care, I trusted , placing my love one in a bad situation. Now having been tramatized by our experiences we now have to start over again praying that we do not go through horrific nightmares with another service provider.
