This repairman / owner was abusive and hurtful; saying things that were unprofessional and unwarranted. It was a bad experience and I did not let him finish the repair job, as I was scared and hurt by his behavior. I was so shocked by his comments that I thought for awhile that he must be kidding me. But he was not teasing; I've never been treated in such a way by anyone that I have ever hired to do a repair job at my home, or for that matter anyone that I've ever known.
