Ok so it's Thursday night and the weather is ok save for some wind. I'm watching the only show I like on tv and it shutds off between 7:45 until 7:56p.m. Doesn't seem long but it's done that all day and it's happened before so I say this service is low on my list. We cant call or anything either it's busy. So I must not be the only saying I should stick to direct tv (which works even in bad weather more so than this cable). So what are big bucks paying for? I'm switching.
Pros: ok service for the city and plenty of basic cable stations
Cons: kinda randome outages for no obvious reason.
