I had order a few takeaway items. On reaching there, looking at the bill I asked the waiter to confirm it since last week (exactly 7 days earlier) I had paid 25% less for the same things. Waiter went upto the manager (Horrible owner of the Palace of Asia restaurant from Fort Washington) and talked. This guy came up to me and started shouting how dare I ask him the price and difference between last time and this time. Costs went up and all. I said I asked him to find out why the cost is different which you could have come and explained to me not shout at me. He had no reaction and just turned and walked off. Not even a SORRY. Not getting any of mine or my friends business again. This is the most horrible restaurant manager I must have ever talked to. The customer service is downright poor even if the food is better than the last owner. Dining is about the experience & with a manager like this I am never setting foot in there again. Cons: Worse manager ever more
