Tiffany has been my trainer since February of this year. At the time I was just 3 months postpardum, and in the worst shape of my life! No kidding... It was scary. Tiffany whipped me into action, making me feel the burn (and the pain) I hadn't felt in a LOOOONG time... Good stuff. My stats were scary, but I fixed them with her help. Exhaustingly wonderful!!!! And at last I have a waist again!
