So far a horrible experience. Wrong furniture delivered on the first delivery date. Then, on second delivery 5 days later, and this only happened after too much time spent on the phone speaking with customer service representives from both the Ontario CA. and the Oklahoma offices. It is now day 11 and I am still waiting for a resolve to my problem. I have furniture sitting in my dining room that is not installed correctly. The installation people went as far as telling me that my floor is not level. I called to have furniture fixed, only to have a representative call back, leave a confusing message, now I don't know if they are coming to make said repairs. I now consider myself a customer no more with Mathis Brothers. Furniture buying is not supposed to be this hard,
