I've used this company for four visits over the last year and a half. I have had to call after every visit. I purchased a 220 contract to have them service my geothermal unit twice a year. They came out in October for Fall and said all was well then on the first hot day this month June my DAMN air goes out. I call them for my spring service call and they send out some novice and he checks the unit finds nothing wrong puts in the wrong filter but writes on paperwork its the same as before? I am almost ready to take these people to court. I had to sleep hot for 4 days total messing with them and today after my 220 contract I had already purchase, I paid 59 to add freeon which is not in the damn contract so what the hell did I pay 220 for to be on the list first I suppose if my air went out. WTF I am so upset, today we paid another 90 dollars they said they foud the leak a cap or something. But my last complaint is I still do not have the right filter? I called dispatch and got a helpful new person and she agrees that it's bad that the tech did not record that he put in a smaller filter. I asked them to just drop it off the right one on the porch, I'm done with there service. I am looking to the unit maker for a referral. more
