I went into this Wachovia Bank's location on Saturday, June 7th and I withdrew $400 out of my account. The greeter was nice and professional however when I got to the counter it was a totally different experience. When I got to the teller, the teller asked to see ID becuase I had not gotten my debit card yet so I showed her my Driver's License. She proceeded to give me my money however, I didn't recount it trusting it was the correct amount. I got 2 1/2 hours down the road and pulled the money out of my wallet to pay for my purchase only to find I was short $20.00. I called the 800-922-4684 cust service # and the rep Mrs James in SC stated call on Monday and gave me the phone number 704-595-9490 to call. I called and spoke with the head teller Lisa.....Lisa stated the drawer for the rep checked out but call on Wednesday June 11th to inquire further. I called today Wednesday, June 11th and Lisa was with another client, understandable, so I left a message. She called me back but I was at work and she left me a message to call her back....I did and the only thing she could say was sorry the drawer balanced. I am CLOSING MY ACCOUNT!!!! That rep probably pocketed my money $20 here and $20 there and that's all my money!!!!!
