I?ve had problems with self-esteem since I was a pre-teen. . I depended on validation from others and and instead of thinking about work, I thought about my relationships with men and what needed to be changed. I feel like I can make these behavioral changes and I have a sense of relief about it. I feel confident that I?m at a really good stage in life and that there are good things coming up.
