I will never be back to this store! I dealt with three women during this experience (one in person, two by phone) and am still stunned at the treatment I received. The woman who helped me, in person, was pleasant enough but didn't have answers to ANY of my questions about the fixtures, installation, no suggestions for lighting type for the room....nothing - nor did she TRY to find any answers for us...just kept saying, "hmmm...I don't know". I ordered a fixture and was told I would be called when it came in. I called today in the afternoon (the day it was to be at the store) and got a woman who acted as though I was interrupting something VERY important. She said my fixture was, "...on the truck but nobody had had time to unload it." And she said I would get a call when it was off the truck. I called again tonight (because of course, no phone call) because my husband was on that side of town for a meeting and had planned to pick it up. THIS lady was also rude. She checked and said it was in the store - no apology for the missed phone call. I even said, "I wish someone had called me sooner" and she said, "well, it's here." Because it was so late, hubby had to pick up after his meeting - he called me and said he might be a minute or two late, so I said I would call them. I spoke with the second lady again and told her he was close and on his way and I just wanted to make sure someone would be there. She said, "We'll be here until 9." I asked if someone could just hand it to him if he got there a minute late and she said no! I'd had it!! I asked to speak with a manager and she said, "I am." I almost fell off my chair! I absolutely will not spend any more money with this place ever again. The prices are higher than the bigger stores, but I went there because I was hoping for some people who had some specialized knowledge and for some good customer service. Unfortuantely - I got neither! LAMPS MINUS!

Cons: Rude staff, not knowledgeable about stock or industry
