Very insensitive to the situation and to me. The manager became very defensive and treated me rudely and insensitively for inquiring into what happened, even trying to turn blame on me in a desperate attempt to cover himself. I'll never go back.
Cons: Injured my cat while in their care; showed lack of compassion for animals and their owners.
