So in response to the previous review, chill out. The Dolphin isn't trying to steal your money. The reason your account was missing $100 and not $10 is because they have to pre-authorize your tab for $100 in case you decide to run out on the bill or can't pay. If this happens your helpful cocktailer gets stuck with the bill. The money is taken out for 48 hrs and put right back. It happens to everyone who opens a tab here. You weren't dooped.
