About 6 weeks before a very important exam that I was preparing for, I started feeling very nervous and stressed every time I would study. I found myself unable to focus or retain any of the material. When I mentioned this to Bob he asked if I would be open to trying hypnosis. I told him I was willing to give it a try. After the very first session I had an overwhelming sense of calmness and confidence whenever I thought about and studied for the exam. After session number two I knew that all my hard work and studies were going to payoff. I no longer was fearful of taking my exam. Two weeks after the second session I took and passed the exam with no great stress or anxiety. Hypnosis, thanks to Bob, really helped me get through it.
