I almost heeded the first review and considered going elsewhere; alas, I did not. Now I am sorry I used this company. They're like the contractor that promises to do good things for you, but once you've given them your money, they have no follow-through. I had to call to keep them on track, and believe me, I was in no hurry. My simple project came out okay, but the second disc I opened had a printing defect. So far as I know, 50% of them may have also have sloppy printing.
Just one example is how I went there in person to have them check my art and make sure it was okay. After 15 minutes, I was told the art was fine and the project was a go. One week later I called to ask about the order and was told "I was meaning to call you. We need a modification on the art." That's a lost week. I was told I'd be sent a sample copy before the order was completed. That never happened. I was told I'd be informed when the order was ready to ship, and when I'd be charged for the remaining balance. Those courtesies were never followed.
Without going into too much detail, there's simply no communication from this company. They don't fulfill their promises, making as few as they can, and say one thing and do quite another. Go elsewhere.
