Though I never changed my policy my monthly payments were always different. One month $73.93 was deducted from my bank account. The next month $58.17 and the final month with this agent the amount was $123.87. The ladies in the office could not explain why this kept happening. They constantly blaimed the fact that I previously had State Farm in another state on why the amounts were never the same. One woman there would talk over me when I tried to speak and was very cocky. On one occasion she called my husband to apologize because she realized what she had told me was wrong after she argued with me on the phone.
