I have a golden retriever that was treated twice within a two month span for an earflush. They insisted on sedating my dog to do the flushing and keeping him over night one of the times. When I picked up my dog, he reeked of urine and was very dirty and came home very unsanitary. I was unable to wash him due to the ears just being treated. I called to complain and the receptionist said she would tell the doctor and he would return my call to talk about the matter. I never heard back from them nor did I receive an apology. I am very disappointed with Dr. Ashton and his staff. I am appalled that I spent $763 to have this kind of treatment on my dog. Our animals are like our children. I will never return to their facility. Be aware if you take your animals there.
