I spent more time talking with Dr. Ziegner about my issues than waiting to be seen in the main lobby or waiting in the examination room. Dr. Ziegner made the visit feel very personable and friendly -- an experience is refreshing and very welcome to someone looking for advice for such long suffering.\r

As much as I don't like the recommendation she gave (allergy shots), her demeanor and candid nature made me believe it will really help reduce the suffering I've gone through for so many years. My oldest daughter is also showing signs of allergies and I will definitely bring her to Dr. Ziegner because of the care that I've received.\r

Finally, she was kind enough to offer me a cup of coffee after noticing my sleepy afternoon face. The vanilla nut was great!
