We took our dog in to be checked out. We told Dr. Olson we couldn't afford a lot of procedures. We agreed to let our dog stay over night and to receive medication and fecal inspection but that was all. We even told him we were reluctant to sign his liability waiver due to this fact. He told us he wouldn't do anything without asking us first. Later that evening my husband spoke with Dr. Olson and he said he would like to do blood work on our dog which would cost $150. My husband told him we couldn't afford it and that we would pick the dog up the next day and do our best to take care of him. When my husband went to pick up the dog he was presented with a $350 bill. We specifically told Dr. Olson we couldn't afford much but he still proceeded to with the blood work. My husband disputed the charge and Dr. Olson reduced our bill to what it originally was, which we agreed to. Be careful about taking your pets to him. You might end up with a bill you can't afford!
