My insurance said that Dr Lazar was in my plan. So, did his office. So, I paided my co pay and thought that is that. But no it wasn't..Two years later I received a bill form a Collection agency charging a few hundred dollars for that one visit.This has happen to myself and a few others I know! Don't trust them. There are plenty of other ear nose and throat doctors in Memphis.
