This has been probably the WORST experience with a dental office I have EVER had. The operation went fine, and the doctors were great, however, the staff were by far the most incompetent people I have ever dealt with. Save yourself the 5 months of hassle I have endured and go somewhere else. COOMSA, if you would like to retain your customers and good name, get new staff!! I have tried to have my claim filed not once, not twice, but three times! None of the times did the insurance company get the claim. I am certain this is not due to the insurance company; my younger sister just had her wisdom teeth removed and received a $1200 check within 2.5 weeks! It has now been over 5 months of and I have paid the office over $400 which should've been covered by my insurance company if the idiot staff would've just filed the claim properly. Take it from me, your sanity, time, and hard earned money will be better off and better spent elsewhere.
