The staff at O'reilly keeps changing just about every day. The service is horrible and they treat you like you dont know anything. Last night i took my brake rotors to be turned came back an hour later and the kids working their forgot that i left them their and they tried giving me some excuses for not doing them. When i asked for the manager they said he wasnt in. This is not the first time this has happened to me i gave them another chance and they blew it. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS STUPID SHOP!!! Go to advance auto parts where their employees have been there for years.
