After another company messed up the wiring to my furnace and nothing would operate, I called McIntosh very upset. Someone came right out and fixed it correctly. He was very personable and congenial. I used the next time I needed service, different repairman, not as nice and didn't fix the problem. I called and asked for someone else to come out at no charge and they took care of the problem. I will probably use again.
