Took my puppies to Countryside to get medication for juvenile cellulitis. Upon seeing my puppies, Dr. Dibborn jumped to the wrong conclusion, diagnosed a severe skin infection (that, according to him, would take up to five years to develop to this stage), and declared there was no such things as juvenile cellulitis. $200 in useless medication later, he did later call to confirm the cellulitis diagnosis. \r

He did agree to take the medication back.\r

He's very good at issuing guilt trips - he assumed I was a bad puppy parent and scolded me - I left there absolutely livid.
