I brought in my BMW 5 Series to Sterling Collision Center on the recommendation of the dealership that I had bought my vehicle from. From the get-go they told me that it would take them at least 3 months to repair the rear end of my car, which seemed RIDICULOUS... But since it was recommended by the dealership, I thought I would give them a try.. WRONG CHOICE!!!! Throughout the duration of the repair, no one ever gave me a courtesy call to give me status on my car. I always had to call them to figure out what was going on and that is if they were ever there to answer my calls. I left numerous messages and they were only returned when I threatened to file a complaint to whomever I needed to.\r

After being in customer service for over 15 years, I would never expect this kind of service from a shop that is highly recommended by a BMW dealership. I'm appalled at the way this situation was handled and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone who wants their car to be fixed in a timely
