Went to Matador's for dinner last night with my family. The restaurant was not that busy. After patiently waiting a half hour for our nacho and two tacos, we noticed that three other customers that had came in after us were getting their food. I asked our waitress if our order had gotten lost and pointed out that other diners were being served before we were. Our waitress explained that our order will be out shortly. WELL IT NEVER CAME..... After seeing the third customer get their food before us, we got up and told our waitress that we were leaving. All she said was ""sorry""..... No, let me check on your order......No, let me see if I can speed things up back there..... No, is there anything I can do to get you to stay.......... Sorry Margaret and Ray, but that's just poor service........
