I am an engineer by trade and have never encountered someone so clueless on what customer service is. Or what it means to run a business. He doesn't have the proper permits to conduct installations, and by the letter of the law should not be installing satellite systems. When I had a problem with one of his technicians (Lose wire, and dish nearly fell off my building!) His only response after trying to contact him for 2 weeks was in affect 'contact another satellite company, I'm too busy' I ended up fixing the system that he installed and filed with the local business bureau. They also remarked that there have been MANY complaints in the last 3 months due to spotty work and the owners inability to serve customers needs. AVOID satellite guy, call another guy.
