I joined Premier Fitness in January as a gift from my wife to help me train in the cold weather months and now I will be staying year round. \r

I have been blown away with the exceptional service of my personal trainer. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, encouraging, & motivating. She has shown amazing dedication to build an individual plan for my personal needs and goals and changing them as necessary. At one point in time I was a collegiate athlete and thought I knew a lot about training, but wow have I learned a ton and seen significant improvements. \r

I really enjoy the semi-private facilities. Often its is just myself and trainer during training sessions or at the most one or two other people with their personal trainers. Premier Fitnes Studio has great equipment and you never have to wait for it to open up. \r

If you are looking for a personal trainer this staff can give you amazing personal service designed for you.\r

Oh yeah, did I mention they have massages (both relaxing and therapy / deep tissue)? The massage therapist has signficantly helped repair some personal injury issues, improved my flexibility, and significantly enhanced my ability to train. No serious training should be done without taking a timeout here to help the body recover. \r

They have also set up a good website service. It allows you to schedule appointments on-line, make changes, purchase packages, etc. For those on the go, having 24 hour access to schedule your personal trainer is a great convenience. \r
