Rebecca is a great personal trainer. When my 17 year old son asked if he could work with someone to build up his muscles, I took him to Rebecca. Her prices are much more reasonable than at the gym I belong to. He wasn't used to working out, but Rebecca has been able to motivate him to work hard and he's looking great.\r
He's feeling good about himself and loves to show off his 'washboard abs'. Rebecca has also been able to give him some tips about nutrition. \r
