I had made an appointment to have my three dogs groomed, my mother and I go to take the dogs, keep in mind these are kinda hyper dogs, especially in the car because all three of them love to go for car rides, we live approximately 20 miles from Columbia, so bringing these dogs was no easy task. We get to her house and knock on the door of the grooming facility and there was no answer, so we knocked on her front door and she precedes to inform us that she has a doctor's excuse that she was not to groom that day. We received no phone call from her informing us that she would not be able to groom the dogs. After we left and could not find another groomer, I called her to tell her that I did not feel that her behavior and the lack of a phone call was not very professional and to let her know that I did not appreciate the lack of a phone call. She tells me that she did not have a phone number to reach us at. That was a lie, because I gave her my phone number and my mother gave her both her cell and work phone numbers. She pretty much called my mother a liar and hung up on me. Besides the unprofessionalism of the groomer, the grooming facility, from what I saw on the outside was dirty. As you walk back to the basement door, where the facility is located, you get a strong feces and urine odor all along the pathway and as you are standing at the door to the building. The grass was not kept up and the weeds were extremely over grown. I would not recommend this woman to groom anybody's animal.
