I've never had a problem with the owner. One time, he had accidentally cooked an additional large Chesse pizza on another order and I happened to be paying for my pizza at the moment he found out and he just offered the extra pizza to me at no cost. Same thing happened another time when someone called to cancel a sub order he already made, he just insisted I take it. So, I have to respectfully disagree that they are not nice to their customers. That I said, I was told my daughter's high school friend that they were very mean to him when he was a delivery driver for them. I have no reason to dispute this, he was a good kid and had no reason to lie. So maybe the truth is somewhere int he middle.
