I visited on a Monday night so I am sure that helped with things being quick - I was there 3 hours max. There was negotiating but that is what car dealers do - however they were fair and never treated me like I had no clue about what was going on even though I am a female and I was alone. I love the CR-V I purchased and they were VERY fair with my trade. The salesman (Jay Freeman) was not at all pushy or condescending - which are traits I encountered at Honda of Concord and Toyota of Concord. Brian Barry - the Finance & Ins guy was also very polite and straightforward with me. This was a relaxed, fresh atmosphere - they have a lifelong customer!
