I was sent to Burtons by Allstate. I also checked these reviews and before I made my final decision. My vehicle was completed 2 days after the original date they gave me, but they did call and keep me updated the entire time, so that there was no surprise. Of course, getting my car back quicker would have been ideal, but I must say, the quality of their work and the friendliness and professionalism of their staff made it well worth it! I would trade a couple of days for this type of experience every time. Very pleased.
Pros: Great staff, very professional and friendly.
Cons: Could have been a little faster.
