I have used this groomer a couple times in the past. When my husband took them in for service he informed them how to groom the dogs and gave them our name. The owner repeated it back and then she ended up pulling the wrong card. When I went to pick them up I asked about the different cut on my poodle. She informed me that is the way my dog is groomed every time. When I told her that is incorrect she asked if I had taken her to another groomer and I informed her no. I informed her of the cut that she normally has and when she looked at the card I realized she pulled the wrong one. I understand mistakes happen, but this lady was extremely rude when she realized it was her mistake. She did not try to rectify the problem and was very ugly. When I tried to call the next day to discuss the occurred she hung up on me. I would never do business with someone that handles their business in that manner again.
