I bought a Pin Ball machine from CoinTech about 4 years ago. Suddenly it stopped working. I had no manual to look up the problem. I made a phone call and spoke to Carl who walked me through the problem. All I needed to do was replace batteries and he helped me with that. Thanks Carl. I may be over soon to upgrade.
