I sent my $500 7 month old Kodak in for a minor switch repair, its condition was Ex+.\r
I got it back with multiple repair scratches, a broken zooming ring, a malfunctioning autofocus, and the techs fingerprints and smudge marks on the lens. When I called to report it the customer service rep tried to say that it came in that way, but they will fix it anyway. Even after they repair their damage I will have to live with a hacked up camera and a horrible experience AVOID!!
