I cannot say enough about this place. It is awesome. The service is great, the staff is friendly and the food is the best. The gumbo is the ""bomb"". Great flavor. The freshly shucked oysters on the half shell are fabulous! But I cannot fail to tell you about the crawfish. I have tried many, many local surrounding restaurants, including Galveston and Houston and the crawfish at Floyd's are the best by far! Nicely seasoned and they actually soak their crawfish to make them juicy and spicy, not dry and overcooked. This place is generally very busy on the weekends and I've seen it hopping even during the week, but it is SO worth the wait time! Great place to have alot of fun after work!
Cons: long lines outside somedays, but worth the wait
