We have no complaints about our pool, we love it however, the workers distroyed our inground sprinkler system. We specifically asked the salesman how our sprinkler system would be handeled and was told that any sprinklers that interfered with the pool would be ""capped off"". Well, while filling dirt back in the yard, one sprinkler head was ripped out of the ground somewhere, we just found it lying in the middle of the yard. Another worker pounded metal stakes in the yard to put up a red plastic barrier fence and he pounded the stakes through the sprinkler pipes. The company when called told us it was our problem and to read our contract (which states the owner is responsible for moveing above and underground utilities when necessary). After yard repairs had been completed, and the system turned back on, water started to pour out from under our pool deck. The sprinklers had not been capped of before they poured the concrete. Again we called the to company, and was told by the pool supervisor it was our problem and again he referred us to our contract. He stated to me that they had no way of knowing where sprinkler lines lay in the yard and they are not responsible for correcting the problem. A costly lesson for us.
