Went there to have a vaccum fixed, had a certified letter (from Eureka) stating that the warranty was good and still refused to fix my machine. Owner was very rude and just kept throwing in my face i didn't have a ""proof of purchase"". And because of this, let's just say that they are not a Certified Warranty/Service Station for Eureka anymore..
