Linda Lawrence and her staff need to take a lesson on customer service. After having waited over an hour and a half, Dr. Lawrence finally came in. My son was cranky by that time and she made a comment about it and I explained it was because we had been waiting so long. Her response was this was ""normal"" for patients to wait this long. I told her I found it ridiculous to make a patient wait for so long and if they knew they were running behind they needed to schedule fewer patients or call the patients to let them know of the long wait time. Her response was that I could find another doctor then. Never once did she or her staff apologize for the long wait, but rather brushed it off as ""normal"". Sorry, but it is not ""normal"" to wait over 1 1/2 hours to be seen. The staff she has hired to greet patients is rude and generally unpleasant. I am happily taking my business elsewhere where patients are not treated so rudely.
