WOW...I WISH I had read this BEFORE I ordered my dress here. I had been to Park Ave Bridals for a few friends weddings as a bridesmaid, so when I found a dress here that I LOVED....I BOUGHT it. I SHOULD have BROUGHT it to ANOTHER place for alterations!!! I HAD a similar experience with as ""just telling the truth"", with AWFUL alterations and issues re:my strappless gown, AND even my veil. I have to say that once you purchase your dress, their ""professionalism"" STOPS!!!! I had to make FIVE trips there in the weeks before my wedding for ""FINAL FITTINGS"" and TWO DAYS before my wedding, they told me my dress would be done, and it WASN'T READY!!!! THEN they offered to ""overnight it"" to me the morning of my wedding!!! WOW...talk about AWFUL. If you DO buy your dress here, I WOULD GO ELSEWHERE for the alterations. CARRY it out the door after it comes in!!! Good Luck with your Wedding!!!\r
