I should preface my review with the fact that my occupation is event planning. That said, this restaurant was awful to work with...\r

We just hosted a luncheon following our daughter's baptism at the Bistro. The setting was very pretty but the overall experience abysmal. Once seated it took 25 minutes to get beverages to our group, not even water at place settings to make the wait bearable. Please keep in mind this was at 2 PM and restaurant was empty. Additionally, rather than having the servers take orders guests were given pens to write their names then circled their selections on the menus. To me, this closely resembled the experience during a hospital stay. Perhaps the most disappointing part is that when the food finally arrived not one table was served at once. Each table with a party of four had two attendees with their lunch and two without. I was extremely disappointed with everything and felt that the owner who was present made no attempt to resolve any issues. I do not recommend this restaurant at all for any function, EVER!\r
Pros: Pretty setting
Cons: Poor Service and overall expereince
