I ordered my wedding dress in October 2007 for a May 2008 wedding. When I went to my first fitting in April 20 07, I found out that they ordered the wrong dress and color! My wedding was 4 weeks away and I had no dress. When I went to my second fitting 2 weeks later after it was re-ordered and rush delivered, the dress was the wrong size. I order a 16 and got a 20! The manager was very very rude and nasty about the whole situation when my mother, fiance, and myself confronted her about her sales associates mistakes. I asked for some type of compensation for their errors like free alterations and she refused! She wouldn't even admit that all the errors made were her fault/sales associate. I was so angry and upset that I walk out.\r

Be advised that once they get your deposit/monies, they will treat you like garbage if you have issues. I would never go back there for ANYTHING and I advise you NOT to go there neither!
