This is just my third week and I feel better already! Mona and I work out three times a week but it's much more than a workout for me. I feel that she has helped me to build momentum toward healthier living. I exercise more and eat better. I've had the energy to do things I've ""been planning"" to do for a long time. I like working out with Mona. Each session is different and if I feel awkward doing an exercise, Mona is knowledgeable and flexible enough to give me a different exercise to still get a good workout. From the start, my experience with Cafe Physique has been really good. I feel that I made the right choice.
