Fabric had defects all over the entire sofa. This was probably why the original customer returned it. I was told to call the Diamond Supreme Fabric Furniture Warranty company that I am now sorry I purchased. The warranty company immediately declined my request without even calling me or looking at the sofa. American Furniture then told me the Warranty Company is known for bad service and not responding. Why they sell this warranty if they know service is not provided is not understandable. For the next several months, I received a big run-around from American. They sounded sincere on the phone but NOTHING was ever done. Please don't make the same mistake. Cons: Does not stand behind products sold. more
