310 quickly earned 5 stars during my first phone call. We were arriving from Phoenix and needed transportation for our group of 7 to the cruise terminal (a 30 minute ride) with no stops along the way. This was a problem with every other limo company (6 companies to be exact) I contacted as they had a minimum of 3 hours and wouldn't budge. After emailing 310 with my dilemma, they were able to customize their regular offering to accommodate us. Sweet! Brand new, beautiful stretch Navigator and the best thing... NO smoking is allowed so it smelled sweet too!!! On-time professional driver and any phone calls were answered promptly by a caring customer service rep. We won't ever bother looking anywhere else for limo service in LA!! \r
