i went in with an 8 $ ring from macy's , asked Michele Tanenbaum how much will it cost to have it resized , she said ""not much , it's cheap"" didn't give me a price ...not cheap for Michele is 44$ ... that's not the problem , when i was debating over the price on the phone , Michele hangs up the phone in my face! and when i call the manager i got an even bitter mean lady...\r
They agreed to split the difference but i still feel cheated .
