When I first went in I was happy because the staff were very friendly and helpful but I tried the Mystic Tan for the first time after reading all about it on their website. It did NOT turn out. I was blotchy and looked like I rolled around in the dirt. They had convinced me to buy 5 sessions (better deal I guess). When I went in to complain they siad that had never happened and I needed to talk to the manager two days later. The manager would not refund my money and made me pay MORE for tanning sessions. Not good customer service in the end!
