The Briarcliff Point Studios are good for people who just want to live in a small studio-size apartment but if you are looking for something more spacious I suggest you look into a larger apartment complex. The maintenance is not bad but needs more workers during the day, there never seems to be enough help with all the maintence requests. For people on a fixed or limited income I would suggest section 8 studios, one or two bedroom with a possible car port outside. The service compares to taking a number on the waiting list. However since I am moving out by the end of June, I would suggest that you will increase your tenant sales by adding the option of ""Section 8 Housing"" with vouchers. I would also suggest that the studios would have a bigger washer and dryer, I get gray hairs by the time I do all of those small loads trying to wash my clothes all day. Other that I give a rating of average.\r
