This place rocks! I've been a couple times now but this past Sunday's experience was above and beyond. Friendly servers with personality ... tasty creative specials, like the spicy huevos rancheros-style dish I enjoyed atop crispy corn tortillas. Delicious (organic I believe) iced tea and lemonade. Great grilled cheese, and the brunch quesadilla my boyfriend got looked absolutely fantastic as well, non-greasy, a good thickness and great selection of ingredients. The casual owner was around, nicely asking patrons how they were enjoying their meals. Great crowd, outside and inside seating, right in the heart of Melrose Ave. shopping district. Try it and you'll be back!
