Cardinale Nissan is a joke. The staff are disrespectful, arrogant and rude. They like to push their ""Cardinale way of doing business"", which is laughable. It's just a high pressure sales tactic that doesn't work. Forget looking at cars, they are in your face every second and if you don't want to hear their rap, they trip out. \r

I sold my Nissan to a friend and he's used their service department. He's told me horror stories about how dishonest their service department is. The company is owned by a religious nut, so that should tell you a lot right there. I guess when they screw people, they just go to church on Sunday and all is forgiven. \r

Having lived in the area nearly 45 years, I can tell you this is one of the single worst dealerships in Monterey. Avoid Cardinale Nissan at all costs, or use at your own risk. Best of luck!
